Help and issue reports

Start with the user guide or Help Center. If you still need help, email info@pidlab.io with the subject “PIDLAB — help”. Include the page, what you intended to do, what happened, your browser and the approximate time. A screenshot helps if it contains no other people's personal data or confidential information.

For an account or personal-data request, use the subject “PIDLAB — personal data” and describe the action you need. Do not send your password, sign-in codes or complete recovery links.

Report a vulnerability

Email info@pidlab.io with the subject “PIDLAB — security”. Describe the affected page, observed behaviour and minimal reproduction steps using your own account or public data.

Do not access or alter other people's data or disrupt the service to demonstrate a problem. Do not include secrets or other people's data in a public report. This contact is not authorisation for intrusion, a reward offer or a guaranteed response time.

Teaching and corporate use

To discuss practical PID tasks, a student session or engineering assessment, email info@pidlab.io with the subject “PIDLAB — learning”. Describe the audience and the task to assess, without participant names or personal results.

Access to the hosted service is currently free. Future corporate offers, support and team-data processing terms are agreed separately and may be paid. An enquiry does not create a subscription or an obligation to buy a service.

PIDLAB is a laboratory for PID loops. Simulation does not replace validation on a real plant.
